Sea View, Beach Road, Cromer

A lovely house, very clean and the facilities we excellent had everything we needed and more. Would 100% recommend this property and will definitely book this again, we had a wonderful time.

Great beds, lovely rooms, so spacious. Hot tub great.

A few things were damaged, thr kitchen tap, floorboards in kitchen, bannister had come away from wall, the bathroom doors didn't shut or lock properly. Two of our party got locked in. But if these things were sorted it woukd have exceptional across all categories.

The property was absolutely beautiful and extremely homely. We had a fantastic weekend. The air hockey table was brilliant for the kids. Every room was spacious and suited our needs. The hot tub was a great extra and the location was great

It lacked some basics that I expect at a holiday home e.g cleaning goods to spray and wipe down sides, salt and pepper, extra toilet roll for rooms. The host wasn't as responsive as I've experienced in the past (some questions not answered and some answered the following day). I think a welcome pack on arrival would be beneficial

Perfect location for the beach, the town and the QD store on the corner! The house was clean, comfortable and ideal for a larger gathering. We had a great time.

The property was so clean and spacious. The decor was lovely throughout and it has so many facilities and everything there that we needed.

The only downside was the doors were quite old so kept getting stuck in the toilets upstairs!

It was beautifully decorated throughout, full of charm and character, immaculately clean, fantastic facilities, all bedrooms were so tastefully done. Hot tub was lovely, and the whole house was very well equipped.

Nothing to dislike! Beautiful house from top to bottom. Perfect location for our Easter Birthday Celebration.

A family group of 9 stayed here for my mums 70th birthday and everybody loved the house. It was beautifully decorated with lots of character. The location was excellent and within a stones throw of the sea-front. Parking was available for 2 cars with lots of car parks nearby for any extra cars. Host responded quickly to any questions and recommended a fabulous restaurant.

The location was perfect and the host Sophie was friendly and helpful.

A toilet on the ground floor would have been useful.

When we arrived at the property it was filthy, the floors were not clean, there was green mould in the hot tub, grease all over the appliances, windowsills and countertops in the kitchen, old dried food in the cutlery drawer and on other surfaces. The fridge was also not clean and had food left in it. The baby’s legs were black with dirt within minutes of her crawling on the floors. Added to this, the property was advertised as 7 bedrooms, but actually only had 5 and a small box room with a z-bed in it. There was no bed linen provided for this bed. The hot tub was green when we arrived and so someone had to come out and clean it, he was there for a couple of hours when we should have been enjoying the garden and patio are also meaning we couldn't use it for 24 hours as it was cold. This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we decided to book the property in the first place. He also was parked in the parking spaces at the rear of the property meaning we had to pay to park elsewhere until he left. I immediately messaged the host, who apologised profusely and said she would rectify the issues and issue us with a full refund for the first night’s stay as compensation, which we accepted. She sent two teenage boys over to clean the kitchen floor again the following afternoon (which we’d already done as it was too dirty for the baby to be crawling on) and some linen for the bed that my daughter had had to sleep in without any the first night. She later decided that she wouldn’t refund us any longer and in fact now is asking for compensation for providing cleaners and linen! The house should have been clean when we arrived and had enough linen for all the beds in the first place. I would definitely avoid staying here, it's a real shame as the location is great and it could be lovely if it was handled properly.
