Endroit idéal depuis la gare St Pancras. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel très propre. Personnel très gentil.
J'aurais apprécié un mot de français, style "bonjour" ou "merci".

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de l’hôtel, qui est vraiment très pratique. Le personnel est également très aimable et accueillant. Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de se servir gratuitement en libre-service du café, du thé ou du chocolat. C’est une petite attention très agréable et appréciable lors du séjour.
Nous avons été un peu moins satisfaits de la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons remarqué de la poussière ainsi que des joints de douche noircis, ce qui donnait une impression de manque de propreté. C’est dommage, car le reste de notre séjour nous a beaucoup plu.

The bin in the bedroom hadn’t been emptied but wasn’t a problem as we were there 1 night.
