    Hotel is relatively affordable for London standards. It’s close by Angel station and bus stops. Rooms are basic but clean, the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

    Booked 3 prepaid rooms with them through Agoda but upon check in I was requested by the front desk to pay for the 3 rooms in full as they didn't get payment from Agoda, otherwise they wouldn't be able to check us in. Next day, I got confirmation from Agoda that they will realease payment to them so I went to the front desk and ask for a refund and asked them to send me an email so we can continue our conversation over the email instead of me having to go to the front desk every time I want an update. Never recieved an email from them. Agoda followed up on this for me and said the hotel have promised refund will be arranged but will be separated into 3 payments. Its been 3 weeks since I checked out and I've only received refund for 1 room only. Sent an email to them a week ago with no reply. I also took an exchange rate loss of 3% of the total amount. Hotel is fine otherwise, but if there is any issue with have I doubt the staff will be of any help. One of the lady that worked at the restaurant during breakfast was fantastic, helpful and hard working. Other than that one person other front desk staff were unhepful at all.
