Le confort et la qualité du logement, sa literie, son aménagement et sa décoration. Les extérieurs, avec terrasse privative et coin barbecue collectif. La localisation, suffisamment éloigné de la ville mais pas trop. Vue sur les herbus et les montagnes.
Le bruit du système de surveillance dérangeant la nuit, mais cela a été résolu par l'équipe après la première nuit. La propreté n'était pas impeccable à 100% (quelques traces et cheveux retrouvés)

super knus appartement, alles zat erin. Leuke lokate, vrij en mooi uitzicht.
Het was wel voor 4 personen wat klein. Zeker omdat er dan op de slaapbank geslapen moet worden en dus uitgeklapt is. OP zich waren wij overdag weg en was het prima en alles zat erin, boven was het relatief ruim.

Les 4 gîtes sont situés dans un nouvel ensemble comprenant plusieurs groupes de gîtes et d'autres en construction. Les 4 bears sont neufs et fonctionnels. La vue est belle et l'emplacement en pleine nature calme. Le gîte est bien équipé et idéal pour 2 adultes. Nous avons apprécié ce "camp de base" pour explorer le Durmitor. Un petit kiosque commun facilite la convivialité avec les voisins.
La route d'accès est une piste de quelques centaines de mètres en mauvais état qui mériterait un peu d'entretien. Le contact se fait par WhatsApp, je préfère quand la relation est un plus personnifiée.
