Cabin was cute and clean and nicely equipped. If you don’t have a car, there is quite a steep rise from the centre. Beautiful view of the mountains! Nice service also ☺️

Beautiful views. Comfortable rooms well equipped. Heaters on for out arrival. Well lit at night .

We arrived 5 people for 3 nights in late July.during a heat wave (30-32 temperatures) As no air conditioning in cabin ( we knew) there was only 1 fan. When we asked for 1 more, we were told it’s not going to happen. My kids has troubles fall asleep because of the heat and no air in cabin but the lady that was in touch with us refused to help No hot water at arrival as needed to push a hidden bottom in a closet which took several hours for an impact. We all had cold showers at the first night they should have took care prior to our arrival. Also, pictures on booking looks better than actual. Rooms upstairs suffocation and hot , mostly when it’s hot outside. No good to open windows as bugs enter in. When asked for additional toilet paper ( we received 3 rolls for 5 people for 3 nights) I was given a very rude response from the lady ( jelika) that’s she’s not 24/7 available… and I need to wait to the after 1700 when Shelby available sorry.. I didn’t think a toilet paper is too much to ask for Overall - we just waited to leave and get out
