Apartments Durmitorska Vila

Bili smo smješteni u Apartmanu 3 (dvije sobe) i apartman je stvarno super – udoban i prostran. Vlasnik je izuzetno ljubazan i uvijek spreman pomoći. Vrijedno je doći zbog lokacije, a mali savjet za vlasnika je da se obrati više pažnje na čišćenje, detalje i komunikaciju sa zaposlenima.

Komunikacija između hosta i vlasnika nije bila najbolja, što je uticalo na detalje oko čišćenja te apartman nije bio potpuno čist pri dolasku, pa smo zvali da nam očiste. Uz malo više pažnje na čišćenje i detalje, boravak bi bio savršen.

The property is a functional 2 bed apartment - not exceptional but serviceable and close to the centre of Zabljak. Reasonable kitchen could have been cleaner but Would have been ok for the price IF the WiFi had worked and the owners behaviour had been acceptable

We had a major issue with the owners attitude. We made contact with a young guy Vladimir who spoke reasonable English who was there at the appointed time. It was essential for us to have functioning WiFi - he showed us how to log on and the WiFi worked initially however within half an hour it stopped working and did not work for the rest of the stay we repeatedly called Vladimir but got no response. Vladimir came to collect the keys at the end and we asked for a reduction of the bill he said the owner was in Belgrade but shortly came back with an older gentleman who refused anything bit a nominal gesture of compensation. We said we would reflect it in the review and take it up with Booking.com ( who resolved the issue superbly). I would have left it at that but I then got a series of rude and aggressive text message from someone I assume to be the owner which annoyed me. The subsequent comments of the owner have illustrated my point perfectly.
