Everything! This place was so much more than we was expecting! They are prepared for everything! They provide breakfast which was breakfast bowls and breakfast burritos and they were amazing! There was also cereal, milk, oatmeal, coffee, tea and creamer. There was tons of snacks an popcorn and bottles of water. They had toys for the kids, a high chair, board games, books and all the streaming services. The host was so nice. We ended up getting to town a couple hours early and he generously let us check in 2 hours early and suggested a few places for us to check out. The property was SPOTLESS and smelled amazing like fresh baked cinnamon rolls! The whole house was so inviting an bright. There is a washer and dryer along with the detergent so you don’t have to worry about anything, there’s also a fire pit along with wood, chairs and marshmallow sticks. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I traveled with my husband and parents a they all loved it an raved about it as well. We have all already recommended it to all of our friends and family! My dad loved the recliner and my husband, mom an I enjoyed our time on the back deck with the lights. One of our favorite things was each room (both bedrooms, living room and kitchen) was all on its own thermostat so we was able to keep our bedroom cold while my parents kept theirs warmer which is a battle we’ve always had at other places but this was perfect! It also has a tankless hot water heater so you never run out of hot water no matter how long someone stays in the shower an both showers can be going at once an you still have hot water!
So there is this light in the guest bathroom that I could NOT figure out how to turn off. It only took me, my husband and parents til the next day to realize it’s a freaking sky light haha I felt so stupid but it looks just like a light!
Also the beds are a little high so an elderly person may have a hard time getting up into them. I found them fine as did my husband but my parents wasn’t a huge fan of how high they were.

It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The beds were so comfortable and they provided breakfast and had everything we could possibly need!
