About this house rental

Located in the heart of Amish country, our guesthouse is a newly-renovated ranch house. Guests have the whole main floor to themselves. Our niece, Sheri & her husband, live in the basement, which has a completely separate entrance on the lower level and at the other end of the house. She is also our cleaning lady, helps take care of the property, and is available should you need assistance with anything! We are located on State Rt 39, 5 minutes from Berlin with all its cool shops & dining, and 3 minutes from Walnut Creek which is known for Der Dutchman Restaurant, Rebecca's Bistro, Coblentz Chocolates, a cool antique store, and more! Bring your family and enjoy a home away from home! Relax in our spacious living room which has comfortable reclining couches, or sit around the fire on our patio out front!

Communication was excellent, the home is exactly as pictured and is well-appointed, and the location was centrally located to the various points of interest in Amish Country. Would have rather been more in the country but ended up being fine! The house itself is beautiful and very clean! The only thing was the grout in the bathroom needed cleaning. Very well maintained and had about everything you needed except facial tissues. So those two things are very very minor! Not as much noise from the road as I thought. It was a very welcoming home! This property provides the perfect home away from home experience. It has it all - it's very reasonably priced, super clean, has fantastic farm house decor, everything you could possibly need is provided, and it's conveniently located to all of the best attractions and shopping. Ms Elsie is super helpful and the check in and out process is a breeze. We would never think of staying anywhere else when visiting Amish country.
