Breakfast was available but we brought our own. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and all the condiments required.The host responded quickly to my inquires answering all my questions.The entire home was spotless. The back porch was a great peaceful place to relax and enjoy the quiet country surroundings

My mom and I stayed at Grandma’s Place for our annual trip to Sugarcreek for her birthday! This is our third year doing the trip and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed! The home was beautiful and clean and the perfect size for the two of us. Being so close to Sugarcreek was so nice! We loved the back porch and spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings. We will definitely be back in the future!

Breakfast was breakfast bowls or breakfast burritos, cereal, oatmeal and probably something else. Bowls and burritos were delicious. (Homemade) Pictures online were really nice but they didn't give the home justice. Extremely clean and really nice. Deck outside had super nice furniture and pretty lights that came on at night. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!!

Great location with easy access to local businesses and restaurants. So much more room compared to a hotel and a full sized refrigerator to keep cold and frozen items before heading home. It was very cozy and clean, just like home!! The owner provided an assortment of snack items and precooked frozen items for breakfast. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening as the day cooled down. Have already booked another stay before we left!

We were in the area for a concert at the Ohio Star Theater and found Grandma's place on VRBO. Looked perfect for our stay and was even better. More spacious than I expected from pictures of the outside. All the amenities you could ask for - very clean, great deck - nice yard - very nice and quiet location (we were there on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning) and the host provides very thoughtful extras. You can tell they care about providing a great space and great service. We look forward to our next visit to Grandma's house!

This place is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was in excellent condition! So many extras helped make our stay so wonderful!! Loved the breakfast casserole and breakfast burritos!! They thought of everything someone might enjoy! We’re planning on returning in the Fall. My only suggestion would be to consider using unscented laundry soap and dryer sheets for people who have severe asthma. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

My husband, two grandchildren and I stayed 3 nights. This house was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you would need. We’ve been to the area 6 times now and this is by far the best rental we have stayed in. Extra touches such as breakfast were much appreciated and elevated this rental to 10 stars!!

If you are looking to stay in the Sugarcreek area, Stay Here! This home is immaculate. We have never stayed in a cleaner rental. It’s located only minutes from theaters and all the local towns for shopping. In the living room you will find comfortable furniture, a nice size tv, books for your enjoyment and throw blankets to keep you warm and cozy. The bedroooms have really comfy beds and pillows. In each bedroom there are extra blankets available along with books on each night stand. The kitchen is very well stocked. There’s a large selection of coffee and tea pods with various kinds of sugar packs available and even milk in the fridge. There was a whole tray of breakfast bars and little bags of nuts, small boxes of cereal, and home made egg dishes in the freezer. My husband had an egg casserole and I had a breakfast burrito. They were both amazing! We didn’t have an opportunity to use the deck but it’s so welcoming with its nice patio furniture and accent lights around the awning. A perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. And a fire pit in the yard for roasting marshmallows! This host has taken the time to add so many extra touches to make your stay truly welcoming. I can’t say enough about this home. Stay Here!

we had a relaxing weekend, 5 girls celebrating a 40th birthday. Hospitality was awesome, we could park our bikes in garage and charge them, and there were containers of breakfast in the freezer! A quiet neighborhood, restaurants and shopping close by. A cute little house!

This is a very nice property, clean with lots of extras like frozen breakfast and there was cereal with milk. The owner put down ice melt very early in the morning before we were awake. I would definitely recommend it and if available I will rent it again next time I visit.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend. I am a neat freak, and when I walked in the door I knew right away I was in for a treat! Gorgeous furniture in all the rooms, the home was spotless. Beds were very comfy, the shower was nice with great water pressure. Has everything you would need to cook a meal. They had a gracious plenty of granola bars and little snacks. The best and most unique surprise was the homemade breakfasts, frozen you just heat in the microwave. It was absolutely delicious! Also has a nice covered porch with a patio set and fire pit. A big Thank-You to Kevin. 5 stars on everything.

Visited Sugarcreek for an overnight with friends. There were 4 of us. Communication from host was excellent, house was the cleanest VRBO I've experienced and the house was well stocked with the essentials. Comfy beds, cute accommodations and breakfast was fabulous!! This unit was the best place ever! When we arrived (to celebrate our 46th anniversary), there was a small box of Coblenz chocolate deluxe assortment waiting for us. That was an extra special touch. Kevin, our host, did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. There were even homemade individual breakfast casseroles in the freezer, along with homemade frozen burritos, a half gallon of milk, orange juice, assorted cereals and coffee/tea Keurig cups, and bottles of water. We can’t say enough about Grandma’s Place, except that it’s the best place you’ll find in Sugarcreek.

Grandma’s Place was perfect for us. Check in was easy and questions were answered quickly. A great location for a base to do day trips. It was very clean, bright, quiet, and well maintained. The snacks and breakfast items were a bonus. The beds were comfortable but quite high and difficult to climb into for shorter people and those with mobility issues. The living room furniture and recliners were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at Grandma's Place with friends. Total of 4 in our party. The house was excellent. It was clean, close to nearby attractions and very quaint. The host has gone out of their way to think of 'the little things' that helped make this house a very nice stay. From homemade breakfasts in the freezer, to K-cups they stock the place with practically everything you need. The internet connection was fast, so streaming shows on the smart TV's was easy. The bedding was good and the furniture was comfortable. It looks like it has just been remodeled. There is a vary large back deck that is covered and very nice to sit and relax on. We really can't say enough good about the facility. We would definitely go back there and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to the area. We also found the area quite inviting and appealing. There is enough to do in nearby Walnut Creek and Dover to make your stay enjoyable, without the hustle and bustle of large crowds and traffic. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

I would stay here again and again and again! It’s gorgeous, spacious, updated, and the most accommodating rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most places make you bring toilet paper, trash bags etc, not this house! They went above and beyond and even provided snacks, homemade frozen breakfast, boxes of cereal and even milk! My toddler (and adults alike) were thrilled. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The house was so clean I actually didn’t need my slippers (I always pack to keep my feet from getting black on rentals floors.) The house was located close to everything, very easy to find and the host was so incredibly kind and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Best place to stay in Amish Country!
