Es ist gut gelegen, die Aussicht ist toll. Es gab einen Parkplatz und man hat seine Ruhe.
Es war leider alles sehr verschmutzt, der Außenbereich wird nicht gepflegt gerade im der Saison sollte sowas nicht sein. Es ist überall Müll, Unkraut, der Boden der Terasse kaputt. Fenster, Böden, Decken alle verschmutzt und alles voller Spinnen.

Top Lage und Ausblick
Es w a r sicherlich einmal ein top Objekt. Diese Zeit liegt aber weit zurück. Es muss vieles erneuert und repariert werden. Die Möblierung ist sehr spartanisch.
