The location was good, so was the size of the flat.
There was no hot water available for 2 days! Luckily there was a heat wave in London ;) But the management sorted out very quickly!
I have a couple of comments:
1) Although prior to booking I wasn’t aware that the flat was on the ground floor, the area was safe. But that info should be part of the description.
2) The flat manager should change the frying pans, I couldn’t use it as you can see from the pictures.
3) The cleaning team shouldn’t leave the previous guests dirty towels and sheets inside the kitchen cabinets and boiler area.
4) The cleaning team should clean the stains on the sofa/couch.
