very good price for 5 people, ok for one night or shirt stay and not staying in the property for a long time, free parking, not far away from train, there was everything we needed to be honest
smell in kitchen capboards, very small bathroom, very basic leaving room, a paint on the wall or a photo - womans butt.

The location is good. Not far from Hither Green train station. 20 min train ride to London central. There was tea, coffee and sugar. Beds were comfy and plenty of duvets. Nice quiet area. Felt safe.
The sofa bed needs replacing. Its past its best. It was difficult to put away but it was comfy.
