The flat was neatly kept and good amenities as expected. Communications were fairly prompt and access was easy.
The place is above the pub and the nights were very loud with pub goers - nothing the host could obviously do about, but can't really sleep with windows open due to the noise. Also, carrying large suitcases to the top floor was tricky, but we saw the warning reviews so we were not surprised.
