2 bed gff with garden all mod cons. Excellent trains to London. Excellent commute to London! Dining room area also goes to London bridge. Charing cross. London bridge. Canon street. Liverpool street and Victoria. 2 KINGSIZE BEDS AND 1 single bed if needed so can sleep 5 in total. All mod cons. Dining room also . Central heating. Shower. Carbon monoxide and fire alarm. Excellent family area. washing machine. Quiet location too, for safety NO PARTIES

Easy access to train and bus travel to London. Sun filled apartment opening onto private backyard. Washing machine a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lee and Black Heath...groceries and dining. Two private bedrooms with comfortable beds. Reasonable price for being in proximity to London. Only downside was an unpleasant smell. We were able to keep windows open and that helped. Apartment is a bit stark and not homey but you can't have everything. The host has tried to make a nice experience for guests.

Communication with the landlady was very good, as was the connection to London.The cleanliness of the apartment, kitchen wasn't ideal for us. There are improvements to be made, and the bathroom is outdated.

Louisa was a great host. She came and explained everything about the apartment to us. The garden is so lovely. We were gone except in the late evening, so we didn’t get to enjoy the garden, but it surely is worth taking a book out to the garden and relaxing if you have the time. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the city of London on our last trip. This trip, we wanted to be in a more residential area. This apart fits the bill perfectly.
