I don’t want to complain about the property as we thought it was fantastic. It’s a complaint aimed at Dartmouth, parking is absolutely terrible! We had a parking permit for a park and ride, which isn’t really close enough if you need your car to get around. We found it hard to believe how difficult it was to park nearby. Found ourselves moving the cars every 2 hours. It seems deliberate to make it really difficult for tourists to park. No long stay car parks nearby Also, not a problem for our party and i am mentioning as it sort of highlights the parking issue. It is quite a steep walk from the centre of Dartmouth to the house, whether it is via the steps or the road. We ended up enjoying it and turned it into a walking race ! Thanks

The location was fabulous and the views were outstanding. The garden was very pleasant and the garden furniture on the terrace was appreciated.

There was no key in the key safe when we arrived so we couldn't get in! There was no parking permit available which had been promised. Unloading is really difficult as the road is narrow and you have to move your car if another car needs to get through.
