Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin and a ground-floor single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, a lower-ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner with balcony, a lower-ground-floor utility, a sitting room with balcony and a basement sitting room. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture. Create memories that will last a lifetime with a stay at 13 Above Town.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TVs in sitting room and garden room, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden with, patio, decked area and furniture. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub a mere 100 yards away. A garage, for a small car, is available for guests to use a short distance away but there is also a parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space until the 24th March 2027.
After that the permit will allow parking at
• Mayors Avenue Car Park: Between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. ONLY from 25 May to 1 September.
• Mayors Avenue Car Park: No time restriction from 2 September to 24 May
• Dartmouth Park and Ride Car Park: All day – any time.
