Kipper Lodge

A very nice property in a good location. It was really nice being able to walk down to the town centre in a matter of minutes. The property was nice and spacious, lots of room for us two and our three young adults and dog. We were a bit worried about the drive up to the property after reading others' reviews - yes, it was tight - but once we'd done it the first time it was fine. We would stay there again.

To make it even better it needed a bit more TLC really, like a thorough clean and some broken items replacing (scissors were broken, plates chipped and cracked, stain on carpet....)

Location & outdoor space

Not enough mirrors- 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have one & no stand up mirror

Good sized accommodation in a really central location. Only a short walk into town and waterfront.

Great location. Spacious, nice fittings and design. Good to have a parking space. Comfy beds. Lovely social space.

Dog poo on the balcony. Crumbs on the table, dead flies on the window sill. Seagull poo on many windows. Low level of toilet roll provided. No milk, salt or pepper in welcome pack. No instructions or provision for recycling. No umbrella for the outdoor balcony table.
