HouSmart Solferino 39

The property was really unique inside, and very well decorated, and the room is a lot more spacious inside than expected. The atmosphere of the room was pleasant and comfortable. It was well equipped, with a fridge, coffee, kettle, stove, and sink. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom, which is located on an upper "open balcony" type area, was cosy and comfortable, though the beams are quite low so you have to mind your head. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa and seats. The property is very well located, with the main square only 10 minutes walk away and most of central Bologna reachable in under 30 minutes by foot. There's a small shop nearby for food and essentials, and a small restaurant underneath.

Unfortunately the TV wasn't working, although Bologna had so much to offer there was little need for it.

It’s spacious and well decorated as pictured in photos

It’s incredibly noisey! There is a very popular restaurant downstairs that is super loud all night till close. Cleaning up till 2 am. Also the property is under construction which really we should have been notified. Therefore one window won’t even open for scaffolding is in the way and the second window you could but workers are up and can see inside. Starting from 8 am till 5 pm is very loud construction noise! Unfortunately this was not a comfortable stay for us. I wish I had translated some of the other reviews.
