Italy prestigious historical attic in Bologna

Eine sehr schöne und aussergewöhnlich große Wohnung. Für eine Familie oder auch eine Gruppe sehr gut geeignet, weil es zwei Badezimmer gibt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage am Rand des Zentrums ist sehr gut für einen Bologna-Besuch geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig und dank der Aircon auch im Juli nicht zu heiß. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Tipps von Nicola waren super, er ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber.

Eine Rolle Klopapier für den Start wäre schön. Und was wir in vielen italienischen Apartments vermissen ist ein Küchenhandtuch. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt nicht weniger angenehm machen.

Great location and wonderful apartment with everything you need to feel at home

There was no toilet paper or water upon arrival

The location is genuinely great: central, easy to reach, and with good parking nearby. The apartment has potential.

From the moment you walk in, though, the atmosphere feels off. An extensive list of rules greets you at the door, including gems like “do not steal”, which sets a tone of suspicion rather than welcome. Things escalated when the owner accused us of moving furniture (something we hadn’t done) and threatened to throw us out on the spot (“guys, there are rules, or you line the pavement”). When it became clear his assumption was wrong, there was no apology. It left an uncomfortable atmosphere for the rest of the stay. Small things added to the overall feeling of “just ok”: plastic cutlery, more furniture than the space needs. Fine as a stopover, but not somewhere I’d return to or recommend.

Beautiful terrace, safe and secure for our toddler. Says one room but an excellent two bed set up so one of us could stay with our son in one bed (as he's not a cot fan, although one provided ❤️). Amazing facilities to cook when needed. We very much appreciated the morning coffee from the supplies provided! Incredible location just 10 minutes from the centre but away from the busy streets! The pasta takeaway shop downstairs and the Cremeria Cavour ice cream a short walk away were great. All together a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola and family!
