È una casa che si trova in posizione molto comoda e che è ben arredata e ben tenuta. Tra l'altro meno rumoroso delle strade più centrali.
Non c'è l'aria condizionata, che è una pecca ma ci sono climatizzatori portatili e ventilatori a sopperire.

Интересная квартира в самом центре Болоньи, со сводчатыми потолками в старинном доме, просторная с двумя отдельными спальнями. Оборудованная кухня с газовой плитой, винтажные элементы в дизайне, хороший wifi. Приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка Тициана встретила нас в квартире, все объяснила и посоветовала. При отъезде у нас был вечерний самолёт и Тициана позволила нам выехать из квартиры намного позже, избавив от проблемы куда деть багаж. Большое спасибо
Все было прекрасно, но гостям рекомендуем иметь ввиду: высокий 3-й этаж (second floor) без лифта, нет стиральной машины (для длительного проживания) -рядом прачечная -автомат.
