La posizione è eccellente, centralissima, in prossimità di Piazza S Stefano. La metratura dell'alloggio è ottimale, spazi ben distribuiti ed organizzati. Chiara si è occupata del ns check in, puntuale e cordiale.

-Rubinetto della cucina inutilizzabile, intasato da calcare (abbiamo lavato le stoviglie utilizzate durante la colazione, nel lavello del bagno). -Il bagno necessita oltre che di una pulizia approfondita (basta alzare il copri water per capire), anche di una ristrutturazione. -Il box si chiude a stento, il rubinetto del lavello è utilizzabile al 50% a causa del calcare . -Tv mancante (effettivamente non è indicata tra i servizi ma è insolito che non ci sia). - all arrivo degli ospiti, si potrebbe far trovare anche una sola bottiglia d acqua L alloggio ha un ottimo potenziale ma occorre porre rimedio alle carenze soprattutto riguardanti la pulizia.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de Pza. Maggiore. El piso es cómodo. Tiene buena luz y estaba limpio. Es una primera planta con ascensor. Hay algo de ruido, pero se puede descansar. Tiene cerca supermercados, restaurantes y paradas de bus. Las fotos de Booking son acordes a la realidad.

No tiene televisor, ni microondas, ni tostadora y mucho menos aire acondicionado. Tienes ventiladores, que van bien. El hervidor estaba sucio y se había usado para calentar leche, con lo que fue imposible usarlo. El sofá-cama tiene un hueco muy incómodo en el medio que impide un buen descanso, pero es firme. La iluminación en el salón y la zona de cocina es muy pobre. El precio es un poco alto para las carencias que presenta.

The apartment is beautiful but lacks love. the living room is just heartless. the owner of this place puts no love and the apartment feels like it. Weird walking into a beautiful place and getting such a weird vibe. Its very nice (wifi is tricky but reboot and it works) however , the shared entrance always smells bad - coming from owners side) and the place just has a negative feel to it. The living room is lifeless and clearly no one really cares to make it more welcoming
