The place is new, clean and well equipped. Wirhin a short 3 minute walk is the beach. This is a quieter area below Hikkaduwa with a couple of nice restaurants & cafes close by.
The owner isn't in Sri Lanka, so keys are given by family and payment was cash.
Communication with Danina was easy, he responded fast and resolved issues when we had them.
With the Tuk Tuk you're in Hikkaduwa in 10-15 minutes, there is a lot of restaurants and shops.
