Welcome—Ayubovan—to Danina Apartments and More—DADY’s Place “63”
3 stories (approx. 270 square meters), 4 bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation (main house) with a garden, plus a simple room with a bathroom in the front building (Completion October 2025)
A king-size canopy bed, mosquito net, air conditioning (main house), fan, and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The fully equipped kitchens support your culinary needs, and upon request, we can also do your grocery shopping for a small fee.
Each bedroom and the living room on the first floor has its own balcony or terrace, complete with chairs and a table. Here you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset (some with a view of the sea).
There is no swimming pool, but just across the street—a quick stop at the Sambo Markt kiosk, then turn left—and you’ll reach the sea in about 100 meters. There, at the left end of the bay (about 100 meters), swimming is usually safe and the current is weak.
The beach here is particularly quiet; the main beach is a 30-minute walk along the shore or a short tuk-tuk ride away.
The bus stop is practically right outside the door, and Kumarakanda Train Station is about 400 meters away (trains to Galle and Colombo).
You can rent either the entire house or each floor as a separate apartment.
First floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and direct access to the garden;

At night, however, there is almost no traffic (buses and trucks are rerouted), and at the back, you can hear the train from time to time.
