Welcome—Ayubovan—to Danina Apartments and More - DADY’s Place “63”
3 stories (approx. 270 sqm)/3 apartments, 4 bedrooms, 6 balconies/terraces for relaxation and comfort (main house) with a garden, plus a simple room/bathroom in the front building (Completion October 2025).
You can rent either the entire house (separate listing) or each floor as a separate apartment (separate listings for the other floors).
First floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and direct access to the garden,
A king-size four-poster bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, fan, and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
In the living and dining room (ceiling fan), which opens onto the front terrace, you can spend rainy hours comfortably and dry.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils—as well as a rice cooker and hand blender upon request—ensures your culinary comfort.
The bathroom with toilet features a walk-in shower.
The terrace and balcony at the front and back of the house are furnished with a teak table and comfortable chairs.
Although there is no swimming pool, just across the street—a quick stop at the Sambo Markt kiosk, then turn left—and you’ll reach the sea in about 100 meters. There, at the left end of the bay (about 100 meters), you can usually swim safely with little current.
The beach here is particularly quiet; the main beach is a 30-minute walk along the shore or a short tuk-tuk ride away.
The bus stop is practically right outside the door, and the Kumarakanda train station is about 400 meters away (trains to Galle and Colombo).

Each bedroom and the living room on the first floor has its own balcony or terrace, furnished with chairs and a table. Here you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset (some with ocean views).
