Mid-Century Modern Guest Suite w/ Sauna

The recently renovated guest suite is located in a quiet neighborhood .5 miles from the airport park and ride, 1.5 miles from the University of Colorado, 3 miles from Pearl Street, 1 mile from some of the best trails Boulder has to offer, and .5 miles to a shopping center with a Whole Foods and restaurants. Easy access to US-36 and 93 to get in and out of town.

The space includes a unique living room with sliding glass doors, dining area, and Roku TV to use your personal entertainment apps. There is an AC unit and thermostat for heating that the guests can control for the space. Full bedroom with queen sized bed and large couch for sleeping. There is a guest patio with dining table looking out over the shared backyard. The wet bar includes a large mini fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, hot water kettle, and dishes/glasses. Along with a walk in shower the bathroom has a built in sauna which can also be used as a steam room.

Please note: the space and backyard are attached to the main house, so while private, there may be some carryover noise or use of other backyard spaces. If general living noise from the space beside/above you bothers you, this may not be the space for you. Quiet hours are 11 pm - 7 am. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
