Workout facilities, clubhouse, basketball courts, tennis courts and laundry facilities are included in the condo complex. The condo complex is in a quiet area has a nice lake with wildlife and expansive outdoor open space with picnic and outdoor charcoal grill facilities. Close to CU Boulder campus and easy access to HWY 36 (Denver), CO 93 (Golden) and CO 119 (Longmont). Pearl Street is just a few minutes North and Flatirons Crossing mall is just a short drive south on HWY 36. Perfect spot for all that Boulder has to offer!

A nice little condo in convenient location! For walkers/hikers there is both a paved path (Tantra Park) and dirt path (CU Boulder South) just steps from your door. A great way to start the day in beautiful Boulder! Host was accommodating and communicated well. Attention to detail and comfort were evident in all things.

Coming into town to drop off my son for first year at CU Boulder. This place was great. Everything as advertised and well described. Clean, safe, enough space for both of us. Location only a few minutes from campus, as well as off campus needs (shopping, food, hiking). Lovely neighborhood.

Renee could not have been a better host. She thought of everything for your stay! Most VRBO's are stingy with one roll of paper towels, one roll of TP, and one garbage bag. Not Renee. So many extras that were nice to have (Tide pods for laundry, body wash, lotion, kitchen fully stocked, cold Brita water in the fridge, etc, etc). Renee is very communicative and responsive. Any time I had a question throughout the booking and stay, she responded quickly. We got so lucky to find this place!
