Enjoy your vacation on Beautiful Downtown Pearl Street! Walk to the Mall & all the FUN festivities! Fully remodeled with designer finishes, stainless, granite, custom flooring, this little gem has all the creature comforts of home. Just bring your suitcase! Your E.S. & service dogs are welcome, but complex otherwise does not allow dogs per the HOA. We do have other GREAT units that are dog-friendly, feel free to ask about them! We look forward to welcoming you to this downtown luxury suite! :)

This downtown Pearl St. condo is truly LOVELY. Newly remodeled, the designer decor and finishes make it one of the sweetest condos on Pearl. All of the FUN downtown festivities outside the front door! It has many nice features, such as a electric fireplace, built-in bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, deck with furniture & BBQ, window A/C unit, Flatscreen HDTV, washer/dryer in-unit, mood lighting, built-in closet system, elevator, private parking space, etc. The use of space is very smartly laid out, and you will feel at home the minute you cross the threshold. On 23rd & Pearl, an AMAZING downtown location…walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Pearl St. Mall, Farmer’s Market, Boulder Bike Path, Hazel's Liquors, Hiking Trails, Boulder Creek, Central Park, Starbucks, Boulder Outdoor Cinema, Trendy 29th St. Mall, and all of the FUN downtown activities. This is the BEST of downtown living! :)
