Sanitas trail head; gateway to multiple levels of hiking trails offering views of Boulder, Denver and the Continental Divide, or, walk 4 blocks south to the famous outdoor Pearl St. mall with restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores and the city center. Eight blocks walk to the University of Colorado. Take advantage of Boulder's numerous bike paths along Boulder creek and up into the mountains or east into the prairies or famous bouldering and rock climbing along the Flatirons.

We stayed in this rental for a month and were very pleased. Everything worked out for us and our 8 year old twins. We were close to the action of Pearl street and walkable to the North Boulder Park and Rec Center. The owner is very kind, friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive to any questions and issues we had. He was also fast to respond with any advice we needed (kids camps, activities, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back. Thanks for making our summer so memorable.

Larry's property is beautiful. We loved the sunshine coming from the south facing windows all day. The fireplace heats the entire house in minutes. The place is well appointed and the king bed might be the most comfortable bed weve ever had, we slept so well. The covered parking spot was very convenient (esp not having to remove snow from the car each day). Walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Boulder, and hiking trails was very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Larry!

Highly recommended. The location is fantastic and incredibly walkable. The space is comfortable and well stocked. The host, Lawrence, was very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience and will likely be back.

The location is the absolute key item here. We loved the ability to walk to Pearl street mall and meet friends at Jax or head to Spruce Bakery for a cortado and wonderful scone.
The place was clean, modern and comfortable. They have take care to ensure a great bed, super soft sheets. (ok they are softer than mine at home and I am a bit envious). Several morning we walked up in the Sanitas trails or to Eben G Fine park. We wanted a bit of extra space for working and weren't sure if relatives would join or not. I certainly hope we get an opportunity to stay again! The owner was perfect on communication (thanks Larry!). We own short term rentals in a ski resort and appreciate when an owner takes the care and time to make a stay great.
