Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, townhouse with pool, centrally located with modern furnishings. Within walking distance from downtown Boulder, located on the major bike paths through town. Walking distance to Whole Foods. Easy access to the major roadways between Boulder and Denver. Quiet complex with off-street parking. Located across the street from Boulders best collective dining experience. Short distance to the University of Colorado as well as the Hospital.

This is a really great spot for the price. Comfortable rooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals every day.
The owner is very responsive and helpful.
The location is excellent and there’s a really great co-working spot just down the street. It’s part of a small cluster of townhomes and since the neighbors are always out and about the shared areas, it feels safe. Parking is super convenient.
The very minor downside for us was that the main living area on the bottom floor doesn’t get a ton of natural lihht.
