I loved that I can live like a Boulder local for a few days when staying at this property. You get your own parking spot. Close to drive to every good spot in Boulder. We used it as a home base when taking day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park this time around.
This is the second time I am staying here and I still have only one small complaint - the beds are uncomfortable and could surely use an upgrade. Even if it is just adding a Tempur-Pedic mattress pad on top of all 3 mattresses.

I got caught out by the cleaning fees. Because I was on Booking.com rather than Airbnb I presumed that the price per night was the price I would pay. I should have scanned my booking more carefully. There was an additional charge of £134 cleaning fees that nearly doubled the price of my stay. I will not make this mistake again.
