This comes with 2 parking spaces, both under a carport
Enjoy a beer while watching the sun set behind the mountains from deck. Walk to any of dozens of delicious restaurants and pick up your morning coffee from a generous handful of local cafés.
This central downtown location, coupled with nearby public transportation to Denver and the Eldora Ski Resort, make this the perfect no-car vacation. The Colorado University campus is an easy 5 minute walk away. Rent a mountain bike and all of Boulder is within your reach.

Clean & comfortable; excellent location with access to all things Boulder. Second floor, nice balcony in the trees. Covered parking in designated space.

The location is great but the place is pretty basic. Furniture is old and worn, bed not comfy, and coffee plunger needs to be tossed. The plus is that you can walk to pearl st and everything else is a few mins drive away.
