Qualche piccola accortezza come capsule del caffè in più e una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo sarebbe stata gradita all'arrivo.

The host is super friendly and polite and will try and find solutions about any problems you many experience The location of the property is super. Very close to the center, many parking spots available in walking distance and a mini market in 1 minute walk Spacey house, clean and recently innovated.

Unfortunately the property had some issues that host must have inform us before arrival. 1)The gas boiler was inside the house in the living room where our kids slept. When the boiler is where humans sleep it is essential (I dont know if it is also mandatory in France)for safety to have a gas alarm in the property. I saw something that looked like an alarm but it was out of order. When I asked the host he told me that they didnt have a gas alarm but we dont need one since all maintenance was performed in the boiler and it is perfectly safe. First of all, even if all maintenance has been done this doesnt mean that an accident cant happen and that exactly why an alarm must be present. Second, the boiler stopped working in the middle of the night(!!!) and we didnt have heating and hot water and so the room was completely cold until the next day. The hosts did their best and next noon they fixed it but still our family was left without heating all night and outside the temperature was minus degrees. 2)We have booked a house and not a hotel room because we wanted to have a kitchen in order to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately the oven was ok but the cooktop burners were not and so we couldnt prepare a descent meal. I told the hosts about the problem but they didnt manage to fix it. In conclusion, this is a nice property and the hosts are really helpful but we didnt feel safe and our stay was not as we have planned it to be.
