Le Petit Linck - Typique au coeur de Colmar

Era muy bonito, amplio, limpio y cuidado. La ubicación también excelente.

Hizo mucho calor y al ser un ático y sin aire acondicionado fue un gran inconveniente, tampoco creo que sean las temperaturas habituales . El acceso si llevas mucho equipaje es complicado, unas escaleras finales estrechas y empinadas pero merece la pena.

La particolarità dell’alloggio, la vista dalle finestre, la posizione, la Pulizia.

Mancanza di aria condizionata

Apartamento lindo logo debaixo do teto de uma casa antiga no centro de Colmar, realmente um espectáculo. As instalações e a decoração são impecáveis (tem até máquina de lavar roupa e um ar condicionado portátil). Localização ótima para sair explorando o centro histórico de Colmar a pé (10 min da Petite Venise).

As últimas lances de escada para chegar no apartamento de fato podem ser um desafio para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e para subir com muita bagagem. Que mais me incomodou foi a falta de boas opções para deixar o carro. Para carga/descarga tem pouco espaço e pouco tempo permitido em frente da casa. O estacionamento da praça Rapp é perto e não muito caro, mas não tem como levar bagagens por esta distância.

Great location near the historical center of Colmar.

I was told by the host that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (ground + 2 floors). Actually it was on the 3rd floor while the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd were steep and narrow. From the 2nd to the 3rd even more steep and narrower, dangerous for kids and difficult to get in / out for elder people (I was traveling with my daughter and mother aged 73). We paid for 3 adults but beds were prepared for 2 only. There was no coat rack neither cabinet with hangers where to hang our coats and clothes. Half of a big cabinet serves to hide the boiler, half has only few shelves full of pillow and other staff. Obviously, one clothes valet near the bed can’t serve 3 people. There was a washing machine but no iron to iron our clothes. Except the mirror above the bathroom sink, there was no other, bigger. Despite there was a coffee machine, we couldn’t find any coffee cups. Actually, the apartment itself was not bad, but I’m disappointed because the answer I got from the host was not honest. As well, the apartment was rated 9.2, which - in my opinion and experience with other apartments’ ratings - is far from the reality. Knowing all details, especially how narrow and steep are the stairs, I’d not choose it for our stay.
