This incredible, newly renovated tiny home boasts 2 well-appointed king-sized bedrooms, 2 beautifully updated bathrooms, cozy furnishings and decor, an open living space, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and large Smart TV's in every room. It has everything you need in one small space with gigantic lake views!
The private outdoor deck is perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee or that late evening glass of wine. The hammock is the ideal spot to catch up on that hard to put down novel or to take a reviving afternoon nap. Break out your fishing gear and see how many bass you can catch, take a scenic kayak ride by using one of the 5 kayaks that are shared with the house next door, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful waters of Lake Wylie. There is a shared dock for you to use for renting or bringing your own boat.
