About this house rental
Our Green Cove Fishing lodge on Lake Wylie, SC since 1991 is: a 4BR/2BA waterfront LW House, sleeps 6 max. Our LW house is for long and short term / vacation rent. Long term rent (1-3 months from Oct. - March) requires owner approval, completed owner application & $2500 refundable security deposit paid to house owner.
Our GCFL 4BR/2BA House has spectacular views of LW main channel, Green Cove. Our yard has 250’ feet of Lake Wylie waterfront views of GC.
Each guest must provide house owner - Stewart Hines with your: mailing address, cell phone #, email. This is so we can accommodate you & provide you our house access, parking pass, map, house rules, all.
Our Green Cove Fishing Lodge House is for rent by owner As Is partially furnished (with king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom, office desk, chairs, futon (to be installed soon) in 4th bedroom & some furniture in den. House also has a 43” HDTV in den with approx. 30 channels. House has No WiFi. No cable tv. Clean linens and towels are provided. Our LW 4BR/2BA house is typically $2500/week rental rate & included all fees & taxes, cleaning before and after your stay. House is: No smoking, over age 23, 6 people max., single family, 1-2 dogs only. Our Lake Wylie, SC 4BR/2BA waterfront house is located ~20 min. drive to Charlotte, NC.
LW House Rules:
No smoking in house
Quiet time after 10 PM through 8 AM. No noise after 10 PM through 8 AM.
Enter / Exit house through front porch only. Always lock house door behind you.
5 people max. Guests in house.
Check in is at 4 PM on a Saturday. Check out is at 10 AM on a Saturday.
No access to Owner‘s locked closet
No house parties or events without Owner’s approval.
1 to 2 dogs only.
Please clean up after yourself. Please Take all trash to nearby trash dump on Hwy 49 in York County. Please clean up any spills or mess that you make.
Parking on circular driveway only
Please Turn off house lights when not in use.
If any questions, please ask Owner.
Please do not leave fireplace on & unattended. Always be safe with our fireplace.
Please report any problems or damages or accidents to Owner immediately
