Welcome to our peaceful, private, fully fenced, spacious oasis in the heart of downtown Boulder! You'll be walking distance to everything, including the Pearl Street Mall! Our 'home-away-from-home' provides the ultimate in comfort and convenience with a well stocked kitchen. Relax on one of our beautiful, fully furnished decks/patios, as you enjoy the glorious Colorado sunshine. Our quiet, high-end home base is perfect for exploring Boulder, CU and all its surrounding beauty!

Our 1900's house has been lovingly updated and restored inside and out, maintaining the charm, while upgrading everything for modern convenience. Relax or get work done in any one of the many indoor/outdoor spaces. Enjoy coffee, tea each morning on the enclosed front porch or on the back patio, cook a great meal in our fully remodeled kitchen or visit one of the numerous, award winning restaurants nearby.
