This beautiful 3B3B+study 2100 sf house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Boulder minutes to shopping, Pearl St mall, hiking trails and all that Boulder has to offer. Relax and enjoy the spacious bedroom suites upstairs with 5pc bath, walk-in closets and mountain views from walk-out balconies. The tasteful decor, high ceilings, skylights, fireplace and large backyard patio/grill make it a perfect getaway. The 4 beds 3 baths comfortably fit 7 guests.
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story house. The guests will have the entire house to themselves. Upstairs has two separate bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a California King bed with a 5-piece bathroom, walk-in closet and walk-out balcony. The guest suite has a queen size bed with a full bathroom and walk-out balcony.
There is a 3rd bedroom / office on the main level with a queen size bed, built-in work area with two monitors along with a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. The library has a twin sofa sleeper.
The house has central heating and central evaporative cooler cooling.
This rental is subject to the city’s overnight occupancy limit of no more than three un-related people. No more than 29 nights can be booked.

This property was wonderful for 5 of us. Very comfortable, clean and lots of room. The outdoor deck was great for morning coffee and evenings under the stars. Communication was terrific. We would definitely book this house again when visiting Boulder.

Everything is great. The facilities are wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. Just a small suggestion to make it even better. If the house manager could have responded our message/ phone call within more reasonable time like what it says on the house rule, it could make it perfect.
