Downtown Boulder and CU-Boulder are a pleasant 15-20 min bike ride along the Boulder Creek Path. By car it is 7-8 minutes to Pearl Street Mall. This home is very conveniently located to Louisville, Broomfield, Superior, Niwot, and other outlying towns and attractions. Boulder Uber and Lyft drivers are a reliably great option too.

House was very well maintained inside and out. The house had everything one would need. Very clean. Comfortable. Very close to shopping and there were plenty of dining options very close to home. Close to parks. Everywhere we went seemed only like a couple minute drive. My family really enjoyed this vacation home. Owners were very easy to contact if you had a question. I will stay here again the next time I visit Boulder!
