The San Frediano neighborhood borders the main attractions of Florence’s historic center, close to Porta Romana and Porta San Frediano, and surrounded by excellent restaurants.
In less than a 7-minute walk, you can reach the vibrant Santo Spirito area, renowned for its artisans, lively atmosphere, and local cafés.
Casa Pietro & Norma offers a spacious 50 sqm open-plan living area featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances, a dining area with a table for six, and a living room with a TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
Large windows and French doors fill the space with natural light, opening onto the private garden (accessible from both the living room and kitchen) and a private internal courtyard.
