This apartment is situated on the very front line of the ocean, with perfect view of the surf and the sunset. Placed on the 2nd floor (no lift) right on top of the pool area, you can enjoy a breakfast on the balcony while planning your day.
The apartment is newly renovated with all the amenities you need, fully equipped kitchen, AC/heat in living area, heating in bedrooms, smart TV,fast internet, heated floor in bathroom,washer/dryer. The two bedrooms are light and airy, perfect for 4-5 people
The space
The open living space and fully equipped kitchen has a new wood burner for those cozy evenings, and a bar seating area perfect for either working, having a nice meal or enjoying a drink. You also have a designated work space, kids toys and a balcony with an exceptional view.
In the garage you have your designated parking space, with a large closet to store your surf boards and wetsuits.

No lift in the building. Guests must walk up 2 floors to get to the apartment.
You have a designated parking spot in the underground parking facilities. Your parking is at no 35. However, for larger cars we recommend parking in the streets as the garage is quite narrow.
