The balcony was a lovely feature with a great view to the sea. Location was close to the places I needed to be close to.
The only thing really was having to pick up/drop off keys at a different location.

Da localização.
Da falta de limpeza, dos colchões a necessitarem de serem mudados e os estrados. No geral necessita de ser feita uma mudança, modernizar e deixar mais confortável o quarto e a varanda.
