La ubicacion. La terraza, e la decor da casa.
As perssianas não estavam em condições, algumas nem sequer fechavam. A porta de entrada principal do apartamento, continua perra, e é difícil fechar com a chave, precisa de manutenção faz tempo.

Size and proximity to the town
Due to the sea being so close the apartment bedrooms and bathroom felt damp.

Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine tres bien la résidencetres bienentretenue, l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à Ericeira et à proximité de Lisbonne et de beaucoup d’endroits à visiter.
L’hébergement nécessiterait qu'elle travaux de rafraîchissement, le mobilier extérieur est sale et en mauvais état il n'y a qu’un transat,il y a peu de vaisselle ce qui nécessite de faire 2 lavage par jour.
Le parking à le mérite d'exister mais seulement pour les véhicules de petite taille.
