Very clean and comfortable apartment, well lit and it had everything you could need for a short or longer stay. The people were super helpful and nice. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Owner easy to contact and very responsive. 2 minutes away from the beach and surrounded with restaurants and shops.

My husband and I stayed in these apartments for 9 days. The apartment itself was good — modern, renovated, comfortable, and well equipped.

However, in our experience there were several significant issues that affected our overall impression: 1. We requested a late check-in before arrival and were told, “No problem.” However, upon arrival, we were informed that we had to pay an additional €30. This charge was never mentioned in advance, and we didn’t even have cash with us. 2. Whenever we had questions during our stay, we received absolutely no response. For example, one of the balcony lights was not working, and there were no garbage bags provided, even though guests are asked to take out the trash before departure. 3. Weekly cleaning is provided, but the latest time we were offered was 10:30 AM. We were on vacation and preferred to sleep in, and there was no flexibility at all, so we had to decline the cleaning service entirely. 4. On one of the mornings, we were woken up at 10:00 AM by very loud noise coming from the fitness center located downstairs. Thankfully, it only happened once during our 9-day stay, but it was still unpleasant. * The listing mentioned an ocean view, but in reality, the ocean is only slightly visible from the balcony. I have attached photos to provide a clearer idea of what to expect. A few suggestions for improvement: To provide laundry detergent for the washing machine, more comfortable pillows (we ended up sleeping on the decorative couch cushions), and basic toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo. One additional note: as guests from Israel, hearing the siren at 12:00 PM was very stressful for us. We would warmly recommend informing guests about this in advance to avoid unnecessary distress.
