FLH Ericeira Family Duplex

The location was the best thing about this stay. They had enough beds for everyone for my family of 5. Decent balconies with sea views.

Poor communication upfront, had to call 3 times about different things during our stay. Cleaning staff sent right as we arrived to the house to finish cleaning a “few details” but didn’t clean the kitchen table and cabinets / refrigerator which had food on them. They had the wrong wifi information listed on website and two places in the house so unable to connect until next day. They did have an employee come out and show us the correct passwords and help get connection. The kitchen was very ill equipped with minimal and very worn cooking utensils and old pans. Two of the bathrooms showers had shower heads that were at knee level for hand held showers only. This was a first Ive seen in Portugal, and Ive stayed in many places over the last few years. No AC or fans available for summer time weather. Luckily we brought our own fans. I usually give great reviews for adequate housing but this was way over priced (almost 300€ a night) for bare minimum. Would not stay again.
