Ericeira Beach Trip Apartment

Excellent location if you have a hire car - 5 minutes drive from town and supermarkets. Always plenty of spaces. The flat is clean and well equipped. Friendly and responsive hosts. Great wifi and the tv was also good as you could pause live tv and then fast forward through adverts. Nice little cafe on the same street who were patient and friendly to us. It was great that there was a dishwasher / washing machine and full size Fridage and Freezer. Ensuite bathroom in one bedroom meant no fights / waits for the shower!

The only things wrong are outside of the hosts control. I am a very light sleeper and for me the noise from the floor above and outside was often too much Fri / Sat until 12 - 1am while I could lightly hear music / people talking it was the stomping around that was bothersome to me and outside there was occasionally very noisy motorbikes / cars / people. My daughter did not have any problem sleeping with this so I must stress this will only be an issue if like me you are light sleeper! I am sure it is like this in the rest of town and this location is quiet the majority of the time however we have previously stayed in a "maisonette" type of flat which didn't have a floor above so it's worth mentioning. There is obviously nothing the hosts can do about this!

The place is super spacious which was very nice for our baby to crawl around. The bed was really comfortable. The host was really nice and welcoming and very kind to let us do a late checkout. There was plenty of parking which was very nice. Easy short drive to the center.
