Welcome to Ericeira House with garden
Enjoy your stay in Ericeira by staying in our cozy and charming 2 bedrooms home with private garden and private parking space for a regular car.
One comfortable double room with double bed and one twin room with 2 single beds (one can be opened into a double bed). Can accommodate up to 5 guests. A cozy living and dining room with cable TV and free wifi connection and bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen.
There is a private garden with Bbq, table and chairs to have your outside meals, and a hammock to relax.
Well located apartment very close to traditional Ericeira center.
All services, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are walking distance (5 minutes walking)
We provide the following starter supplies to get you started:
Towels and bed linen for all guests
Extra bed linen will be charged (20€ per bed set)
Dish washer detergent, a couple of rolls of toilet paper and liquid hand soap
Please note that we do not provide an unlimited set of supplies, we only provide a starter supply.
All guests must show their ID on arrival to verify identity and sign reservation agreement
Every single guest (Infants, Children or Adult) will count and pay toward our guest maximum of 5 guests.
Only registered guests allowed on property.
Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests (100€/unauthorized person/nigh).
No Third-Party Service Providers. Access is strictly prohibited to any third-party service providers, including but not limited to massage therapists, chefs, beauty technicians, photographers, or similar.
For safety, insurance, and building regulation purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property at any time.
Please note House Rules:
No smoking. No Pets
No parties. No noise after 9 pm
The apartment is located in an old building and walls and floors are thin.
Please respect our lovely neighbors.
A mandatory touristic tax will be charged
2.50€/person/day - maximum 7 days for guests over 12 years old
If it has not been charged at the time of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in.
Things to Know:
Prohibited use of tents and overnight camping in the garden.
Do not wash house bed linen or towels provided.
Be ecological and Save water & energy. Turn off all electrical appliances when not in use
Please inform if you break/damage any contents.
Please clean after yourself and take garbage out on departure day
Do not use mailbox of the house
Prohibited to charge an electric car or vehicle at the property. In case it happens, charging payment will be deducted from security deposit.
Two sets of keys will be delivered on arrival
In case you lose it 100€ per key set will be asked for replacement
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged valuables during your stay
While failures are not common, we are not responsible for failures in goods or services provided by third parties and operators, these services include water, electricity, gas, internet and TV.
