About this house rental
Location:
A modern, comfortable house with spacious rooms in a prime location:
A 6-minute walk from the beach and a 4-minute walk to the coastal trail. The famous Fistral Beach is also within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, as are the pharmacy and post office. Other shops are 10–12 minutes away.
Newquay has good transportation connections, and the small airport (about 15 minutes away) can be reached directly from Düsseldorf with Eurowings (between April and October).
By car (and in some cases also by train or bus), the south coast, the Eden Project, the Lizard, and Land’s End are easily accessible. Nevertheless, the house is located in a very quiet setting on a small side street.
The house
Pets and smoking are not permitted under any circumstances.
Built in 2018 with solar panels and an air-to-water heat pump.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room feature an open-concept layout.
The well-equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, a Neff oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, and a Tassimo coffee maker. The cooking area is practically laid out. There is also a kitchen island with four bar stools, which provides extra space.
The dining table has six chairs but is generously sized and can be extended twice.
Whether on the sofa, in an armchair, a rocking chair, or a beanbag—the living room is a cozy place to relax, chat, or watch TV. In winter, the electric fireplace (in addition to the underfloor heating throughout the house) provides cozy warmth. DVDs, board games, and puzzles are available for your enjoyment.
Upper Floors
The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread across the top and middle floors.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a king-size bed as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room is bright thanks to two skylights, but can be darkened with roller shades.
On the middle floor is the second large bedroom with a continental-style double bed. A light-colored desk stands by a large window. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is also on the middle floor and features a small single bed. Between these two bedrooms is the family bathroom, which features a bathtub with two showerheads.
All bedrooms offer ample storage space for clothing. All bathrooms are equipped with an adjustable towel radiator, and bath towels are, of course, provided. A clothes dryer is located on the landing of the middle floor.
Outdoor Area
The patio doors from the kitchen/dining area lead directly to a small patio with a corner sofa set.
Parking
There is a parking space for your car right in front of the house.
