This multi-level home is located in North Topsail Beach, just minutes from shopping, dining, and more! Discover all that Topsail Island has to offer from kayak tours to the Sea Turtle Hospital in Topsail Beach just a short drive to the south. The living room is filled with warm rich island colors. The space has two comfortable sofas and two additional chairs. A TV and DVD player are tucked into the corner. The living room offers glorious views of the ocean with access to the covered deck. The attached dining area offers the same ocean views and a table seating 10. Additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar in the adjacent kitchen. The spacious kitchen has beautiful countertops, which are accented by the accessories atop the cabinets. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. One bedroom is tucked back in the sound side corner of the home. Use this as a second main bedroom for guests that can't get up and down the stairs well.
