The location was great. Easy access to the beach and having the big porches and dock to sit out on were great. Great size for a large family. Also was nice having access to the community pool. Would recommend the owners provide a more detail list of items that are included and not included with the property.

Scott made coming to the house easy and predictable. The location and access to the community pool, which gave access to the beach made our trip very comfortable. We had a new born and the house and poll access made it easy to take care of baby and still have fun
We used the kayaks everyday and the dock for fishing and just hanging out. It it was warmer we might have used the stand up paddle boards but never got to them.
The sunsets are incredible and it’s dark enough Yo see the stars at night.

We loved our stay at this awesome sound side house. Layout is awesome- kids on the bottom floor, grownups on their floor and great bedroom on top floor for Nana. We loved fishing off the dock and it’s great having pool right at beach access. We did find it easier to drive over to pool/beach access but it is walkable. There’s also a closer beach access as well. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked and we had great communication with owner who was very helpful. We’ll be back next year!
