The home boasts ~2,300 sq ft of fabulous island living and consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 baths, waterproof floors, spacious eat-in kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, featuring stainless steel appliances, a bright and airy open floor plan with living and dining areas, flat screen HDTV’s in every bedroom, and don't forget the backdrop of the ocean.
Our home includes ample bedrooms to comfortably sleep your family. With three master suites and elevator access to all floors, it really caters to the needs of the entire family. The six outdoor decks (yes, there are really six of them) really allow the incredible views of the ocean and the sound to be enjoyed. Fantastic!!!
A brief overview of the floor plan / layout:
- Lower Level: Master Suite, Guest Bedroom, Bunk Room, plus hall bath
- Main Level: Living, Kitchen and Dining, plus a conveniently located half bath
- Upper Level: Dual Master Suites
- Parking galore! Will easily fit 8 vehicles plus four more if needed.
We are conveniently located, midway between both access roads to the mainland, for easy access to all amenities, including: restaurants, grocery shops, gas station, banks, etc. to meet all your needs during your vacation.

This was our second rental of same property in last two months. We were pleased;will rent again. cw

Upon check in we realized there were a couple of maintenance issues. The owner was very responsive and had them corrected before we got back from our daily round of golf! Liked the house.....suited us well and loved to be able to watch the ocean from the decks. Loved our morning beach walks! We will be back in the fall.

The kitchen had all the necessary dishes, utensils ,pots and pans etc . The views from each deck level were great and the number of deck chairs perfect. Bedrooms and baths were perfect too. One surprise was the welcome book with the owners warm and personal message. Very welcoming and it provided all the necessary info. Our family enjoyed our stay.

needs upkeep. We paid a cleaning fee but the house was not cleaned. Trash in some of the cans, sand and debris on the kitchen floors, table was sticky, many stains on the mattress pads, mold under the sink as there was no caulk between sink and counter top so water went under sink. Outdoor light was laying on the ground with electrical wires exposed. Couches are old and show alot of wear. Outdoor shower door was broken and laying in the shower area. As an owner of a rental, this place has not been kept current. Otherwise, this place would be ideal. Contacted VRBO about these issues who said they would contact the owner and get back to us. Never heard from anyone. Disappointing.
